1. What is VizTracker?
VizTracker is a click fraud protection service and click monitoring service of your online advertising links. Do you know who the visitors are to your site? 9. Can I have more than one site in VizTracker?
Yes! You can have more than one website in VizTracker account. Once you register a website in VizTracker, you can add any number of websites. The service charges will be applicable for the newly added websites. You can track all your website's reports in VizTracker.

10. Does VizTracker tracking code affect my existing tracking system?
No. VizTracker tracking code will not affect your existing tracking system. Only two lines of simple script will be placed in your landing pages.

11. How can I change my existing links in search engines and other places?
Let's say you are using URL in Google like

http://www.domain.com/landing.html?abc=s&camefrom=some

then you will have to change the link to something like:

http://www.domain.com/landing.html?abc=s&camefrom=some&adcampaign=12source=googleadwords

So you only need to add some additional text which VizTracker provides.

12. What information I can get regarding my visitors?
You can view the following information.
Total number of visitors, new visitors, returning visitors, existing customers, number of registrations, converted visitors and current visitors online. You can also view the source from where these visitors come from (search engine, ad words, referrer or direct). If they are from search engine then it displays the list of search engines, number of visitors from each engine and number of conversions. From this report we can also view the detailed report of the customer IP, keyword they used, the pages they visited, their conversion status, order amount and date they visited.
All information has a detailed report with respect to the date.

13. Where do I find my direct referrer clicks?
From the summary tab you will have a “Direct Referrer” link, with which you can view all the referrer sites and the number of visitors from these referrers and their conversions. You can also view the detailed report of each and every visitor with respect to their IP address and their order summary.

14. How do I track the “Ad Referrer” clicks?
This link is used to view the list of sites in which our ad word is displayed. Whenever a visitor clicks those ad words, VizTracker will track all the information from the pages they have visited till they quit. With this detailed report we can analyze which ad word in which referrer has to be concentrated more.

15. Can I view the visitors who are online?
Yes. VizTracker provides all the necessary links for that. You can view the visitors, who are currently viewing your website, first time visitors, repeated visitors and the visitors who are registered with you. In this report you can view all the system information (browser details, OS used and the screen resolutions) of all the above mentioned visitors.

16. Can I view the locations of my visitors?
Yes. In Geography tab there are links with which you can view your visitors in respect to their city, region and country. If you want to find from how many country your site has been visited, then click “Country” link so that it lists the country names from where the visitors visited. Similarly you can navigate to a particular region of a country and then to a particular city to narrow your search. With this report you can promote your products focusing on to particular city or region which leads to a good business.

17. Can I have a report of how my visitors view my site?
Yes. This feature is available in the “Technology” tab. You can have the report of which browser the visitors have been using, which OS they are using and in which screen resolution they are viewing your site. This report will let you know in which browser your site is viewed the most and with that information you can improve the performance of your site based on that particular browser settings.

18. How do I track my click costs and return on investments?
In “Campaign” tab there is a list of links which manages the campaigns and their clicks. The Sales Summary shows the summary of all the ad words listed in the search engines. It shows the number of clicks, and the sales made from these ad words. To get the profit and return on investment you have to enter the cost of click for that particular ad word and then click “Re-Calculate” button. Now you will be shown with all the information like cost per click, profit, cost per sales and the return on investment. These information can also be exported to the excel file for future reference.
Before these operations we have to configure all the campaigns and campaign groups created in the search engines to VizTracker. After creating all the campaigns we can manage them with the above mentioned options. By placing the snippet of JavaScript available on “Campaign Script” tab on all of your landing pages, you can track visitors for all of your campaigns.

     Only a slight modification to the URL needs to be made. An example is as follows:

Let's say that your Campaign ID Number is "12", and your landing page is located at:
http://www.domain.com/landing.html

To enable tracking on your landing page, all you would have to do is change the link to:
http://www.domain.com/landing.html?adcampaign=12

And Let say you are going to place the URL in Google then you would have to do is change the link to:
http://www.domain.com/landing.html?adcampaign=12&source=googleadwords

Continue the same process for any other landing pages you may be using.

19. What is Fraud Click? How do I find that?
The Clicks made by a particular repeated visitor who visits your site not in the intension of buying anything is referred as the fraud click. It is determined in the fraud settings so that if a particular visitor visits your site daily and traverses a few pages without make any purchase then it is considered as a fraud click. These clicks can be easily tracked and given as a report to the ad referrer in the excel format. We can also view the summary of the fraud clicks from the ad referrers in a chart.
